Who this is for

Manufacturers selling their own output

A dealer portal, quotations in a minute, shipping with e-documents and waybills, finished-goods stock on the website.

What hurts

A manufacturer sells to dealers, to its own outlets and, more and more often, at retail — while the accounting system is built around production and the sales side is finished off by hand. A dealer calls a manager to find out a price and availability; the manager opens the accounting system, checks that dealer's discount and issues the invoice — eight to ten minutes per document, all day long in season.

A quotation with a specification is assembled by copying in Excel. Shipping is four systems again: documents in accounting, e-documents, the waybill, the email to the client. Stock of finished goods on the website is updated by whoever remembers. And the margin per dealer is visible only once the month is closed.

What we do

  • A dealer portal on top of the accounting system: their own discounted price, stock, history, the state of the account, and invoices and delivery notes without a manager.
  • "Repeat the order": a past order at today's prices and exchange rates.
  • A quotation from a specification in a minute: your letterhead, current prices, a finished PDF.
  • Shipping from one window: documents to Vchasno or M.E.Doc — the Ukrainian e-document services — a Nova Poshta waybill, labels and the email to the client. See how it works.
  • Finished-goods stock onto the website and the marketplaces, from accounting, by itself.
  • The bank statement posts itself every day, and payments close the dealers' invoices.
  • Reports on a phone: shipments, margin per dealer and per product, receivables.

What you get

A dealer serves themselves, around the clock and without a manager, and the manager sells instead of issuing documents. Invoicing and shipping stop being the bottleneck in season. Money and stock are visible today rather than after the month is closed.

Where to start

Half an hour of conversation and a short audit — both free. Then a plan: stages at a fixed price, no advance payment, the first one being whatever eats the most time.

What it plugs into: accounting systems — 1C / BAS and others, Vchasno and M.E.Doc, Nova Poshta, a website with an API, marketplaces, banks, National Bank exchange rates

FAQ

Questions we hear most often

Do you automate production or the sales side?
This page is about the sales side: dealers, orders, documents, shipping, money, reports. That is usually what hurts most in a manufacturing company, because the accounting system is built around production. If you need something from the shop floor as well — output records, production orders, planning, costing — describe the task: we will look at it together, say what is genuinely worth automating and how long it takes.
Dealers call a manager to ask about prices and availability. Is there another way?
There is: a portal where the dealer sees their own discounted price, the stock of finished goods and their order history, and issues the invoice and the delivery note themselves — the document appears in the accounting system straight away. A manager steps in only for the non-standard cases.
Specifications and quotations are put together by hand.
A quotation is built from a specification in a minute: current prices, the exchange rate, your letterhead, a finished PDF. Twenty to thirty minutes per quotation becomes one.
Our pricing is complicated: dealer tiers, currency, individual discounts.
Prices, discounts, currency, payment terms and credit limits are taken from the accounting system for each counterparty — they are already described there. Nobody defines them a second time, and a dealer sees only their own terms.
We sell part of our output at retail and on marketplaces.
Then the dealer portal is joined by the same exchange with the website and the marketplaces: stock and prices out, orders back into accounting. How that works is on the page [for online shops]({{ 'for/ecommerce' | localeUrl(locale) }}).
