Services
Five areas for wholesale, retail and online shops. In each, something that already runs in my own trading company.
An area is a way into the conversation, not a box to install. The actual scope is put together around your process, your systems and your schedule: what sits inside each area will look different in your company from the way it looks in mine.
1.
Shipping and paperwork in one click
E-documents, the waybill, labels and the email to the client — from one window instead of four systems.
2.
B2B portal for partners and dealers
Partners issue their own invoices, see their own discounts and stock, and repeat past orders.
3.
Accounting ↔ website ↔ marketplaces ↔ CRM
Stock, prices, orders and exchange rates move between the accounting system, the website, the marketplaces and the CRM by themselves, with no manual re-typing.
4.
Documents from email into the accounting system
Supplier invoices, goods receipts and payments from PDF and Excel become documents without typing.
5.
Analytics and control
Margin, receivables, the bank and competitors' prices — fresh numbers on your phone, with no report-gathering.
How it starts
- The first step of any service is a conversation and a process audit, which ends in a plan. The conversation and the audit are free.
- The price is fixed in the plan — per stage, no hourly billing. There is no advance payment: we show you a finished stage, you accept it, then you pay and we move on. Contract, invoice, act.
- The code, the access and the documentation are yours, on your servers or in your repository. The system runs without us, and any other developer can maintain it.
Do not see your task here?
These five areas are the most common ones, not the whole list. Describe your process in your own words: if it can be taken off people's hands, we will say how; if it cannot, we will say so honestly.
