Business Automation

Cases

All from my own trading company: wholesale and e-commerce of industrial equipment. These are examples, not a list of what you can order.

Whether you sell industrial equipment, as I do, or clothes, building materials or something you make yourselves, the routine is the same: re-type the order, collect the documents, reconcile the stock, work out the margin. So read the cases below as examples: yours will be your own — on your systems, your schedule and your rules. Every case has a "For your company" section on what exactly gets set up.

The figures are ≈ the owner's estimate from his own experience. The stack is listed briefly, for whoever checks the technical side.

What else is automated

  • Exchange rates in the price list and in invoices
  • Product and box labels, Code 128 barcodes
  • Nova Poshta waybills with counterparties' saved addresses
  • A 7-year archive of signed e-documents, kept automatically
  • One-click jump from the CRM into the client's messenger
  • A daily check that the database backup ran — with an alert when it did not

Do not see your process here?

That is to be expected: your business is not mine. Half of these tasks did not exist in my company either, until they were needed. Tell us where the most manual work is — half an hour of conversation is enough to see the routine.
