Everything below runs in my own company: wholesale and e-commerce of industrial equipment.

These are not sales templates but real processes: what the team used to do by hand, what I automated, and how the work changed afterwards.

Orders and sales

Not every automation deserves a case of its own. Often the biggest effect comes from a dozen small operations that nobody has to remember and repeat any more.
