Show me the process that eats your time
You do not have to write a specification or come up with a solution. Just describe what a person does today: which systems they work in, what they move across by hand, and how often it repeats. I will look at whether automation makes sense here and where it is best to start.
What happens after you write
- I will reply within one working day and suggest a time to talk.
- Half an hour on what your sales managers, warehouse, shops and accounting spend the most time on. I hold that conversation personally, with no slide decks.
- If there is something to remove — a short look at the process and a plan with a fixed price per stage. If automation makes no sense here, I will say so.
