≈ the owner's estimate from his own experience
Before
Every piece of news — a supplier refreshed a product line, a new item arrived, a promotion started — meant six tabs and the same thing six times: the text, the photo, the link. Which is why news came out rarely.
What I built
- One form: text, photo, link — and publication to six channels at once through their APIs.
- Post drafts appear by themselves from suppliers' news: the system reads their websites and mailings and offers a text that only needs editing.
After
One post, six channels, a few minutes.
What it gave
News goes out regularly instead of "when there is time". It is not about sales directly, but this is where clients learn that we are alive and that we have something new.
For your company
The channels are the ones you actually use: six or two. Drafts can be left switched off entirely, or fed from something other than suppliers' news — incoming stock, items that have been sitting too long, or promotions. Who presses "publish", a person or a schedule, is up to you.
