Demo

Be your own partner in the B2B portal

Sign in as the demo partner, repeat a past order at today's prices and get the invoice. This is what a routine order looks like when no manager is involved.

What is real here, and what is imitated

Real: the arithmetic and the document. The partner's discount, the subtotal and the VAT are computed in your browser, and the invoice is a real PDF: partner prices, the terms in the head, VAT as a line of its own and, on the Ukrainian one, the amount in words. Everything is built on your side; nothing is sent anywhere.

Imitated: whatever carries the “demo” badge — the sign-in (there is no account), the stock, the order history and the line “the order is in the accounting system”. The goods, prices and figures are made up but plausible: the same demo catalogue as in the shipping demo.

What happens in a working system

In a working portal none of this is made up. The personal price, the stock, the history, the state of the account and the rules of this particular partner — discount, payment term, credit limit, currency — come from the accounting system, and a partner sees only their own.

The order that was created goes back into the books as the same document and can carry on: to the e-document service for signing, to the warehouse for shipping. What that next step looks like is in the shipping demo: invoice, label, waybill and e-document status in a second.

At my company a portal like this runs for real — it is described in the case “A portal for partners”, and what the service includes is on the page “B2B portal”.

What if your partners could do this themselves?

Show me how one routine B2B order goes through today: from the client's message to the finished invoice. Taking the process apart shows which steps a partner can do on their own, and where a manager is genuinely needed.
