Demo
Get the documents for an order in seconds
The demo shop is already stocked. Pick a customer and the quantities, press the button, and in a second you get a PDF invoice, a box label, a waybill and the e-document status. This is how it works at my company.
The documents will appear here: the invoice, the label, the waybill and the e-document status. Nothing to type.
- Delivery note created in the accounting system
- demo The service is picked by counterparty. In a working system this is where the real digital signature happens.
- demo
- Email to the customer with the tracking number — queued Goes out by itself once the parcel starts moving, and says the documents are in e-documents too.
What is real here
The invoice and the label. The invoice is built in your browser as a real PDF: the sums, VAT as a line of its own, the amount in words on the Ukrainian version — the things an accountant looks at first. The box label carries a Code 128 barcode any scanner will read. Nothing is sent anywhere: your company name, if you typed one, never leaves the page.
What is not
A real waybill and a real signature. The Nova Poshta waybill and the e-document dispatch are shown as imitations marked "demo": the real ones need the carrier's API key and your company's digital signature, which a demo cannot have. At my company these steps are real — the whole chain is in the case “Shipping in a few clicks”, and the product labels have a demo of their own.
How it works for you
In place of the demo shop, your accounting system: the invoice and the delivery note are already in it, and everything else is built from them. The window may look different, shaped to your process, but the point is the same: the warehouse presses one button, and the waybill, the e-documents, the labels and the email to the customer go by themselves. Which of these you need is clear after one conversation.
